Gift Cards: How They Work

We’re excited to reward you for your achievements! Here's everything you need to know about our digital gift cards and how to redeem them.

Receiving Your Gift Card

  • You’ll receive your digital gift card from PerfectGift.com.

  • Cards are typically sent at the end of your 90-day earning period.

  • Most gift cards arrive 2–3 weeks after you reach your reward goal.

  • Be sure to watch your inbox for an email from PerfectGift.com and double check your spam folder. 

Troubleshooting Delivery Issues

  • We partner with PerfectGift.com to process and send gift cards.

  • If there's a delay or issue, we’ll assist directly by contacting PerfectGift.com on your behalf.

Please note per their FAQ page:

For Credit transactions, if the purchase value is greater than the available funds on your Visa or Mastercard Reward Card, the transaction may be declined. To make a purchase larger than the available balance of the card, make the purchase in two transactions. Advise the cashier in advance the exact amount to deduct from the card. Then pay the balance of the purchase with a second form of payment. Note not all retailers are able to process sales in two transactions.
