How to see all "Late" members in one place

  • Click Members
  • On the "Filter" dropdown to the right, select "Late"

When a member misses a payment, both you and the member are notified via email that the payment failed. The member is provided a unique link to submit updated payment information, or they can contact the office to provide new payment information. When updating a payment method on an account in "Late" status, past due amounts will be automatically collected. 

When a member payment fails all of the automatic retries, their account becomes Delinquent. Both you and the member are notified via email and you are responsible for collections at this point.
