Can a member pay the balance of their monthly membership?

Can a member pay the balance of their monthly membership?

Yes. In your platform, this is accomplished by switching their monthly membership to an annual membership and applying the payments already received, then collecting the remaining balance. Confused? Don't be. Check it out:

  1. Click the "Actions Button" then change plan
  2. Next, select the annual equivalent to your member's monthly plan, and select "Start of current Term"
  3. Charge the balance due to the card on file, or adjust it by entering in a refund amount to adjust the amount charged, then click Confirm

The member is now on an annual plan through the remainder of their contract, and has paid in full.
