Payout reports reflect activity with your bank account, and are what you should use to balance your books between VisionHQ and your practice management software.
Payout reports most often reflect deposits, but your bank account could be debited, too. Debits occur when you don't have a sufficient balance in your Stripe account to cover things like refunds or management fees for in-office payments.
