Improved Billing and Reconciliation for Your Monthly Payout

We are providing an important improvement to how we bill your monthly membership and merchant fees, designed to simplify your financial reporting and reconciliation process.

What is Changing

Starting January 1, 2026, we will be transitioning your Membership Fees and Merchant Fees from your current invoicing model to a Payout Billing Model.

  • Old Way: You currently receive an invoice for these fees, and then you receive your payout separately.

  • New Way: We will now automatically deduct these fees directly from your total monthly payout.

This means your payout amount will reflect the net amount after fees, providing you with a single, clear transaction figure for reconciliation.

Will My Costs Change?

No. The cost of your Membership Fees and Merchant Fees will not change as a result of this transition. This is purely an administrative update to improve reporting efficiency.

How to Switch Sooner

While this change is mandatory for all customers effective January 1, 2026, you can move to the improved Payout Billing Model immediately.

To migrate now, please log into your dashboard:

  1. Navigate to your Billing Page.

  2. Click the "Migrate to Payout Billing" button.
