Can I change my payout schedule?
The short answer, unfortunately, is no. The VisionHQ platform is configured to issue payouts monthly on the 1st of each month. These payouts are also directly connected to your monthly invoices. We suggest tracking treatments and payments as outlined in the Financial Tutorial, available for download by clicking the gear icon in the bottom left corner.
Why monthly and not daily?
It's less work, plain and simple. The detailed record-keeping you seek is already happening. We're still keeping track of everything, which allows you to focus on something--anything--other than paperwork.
Need specific details on a transaction? Navigate to the patient’s member page by searching their first and last name on the members tab, select the member, and click "Email Us" in the Member Info section. This way that specific member’s details will all be linked to that email.
