Accidentally clicked "collect payment in office"
If you've accidentally clicked the "collect payment in office" link, but you didn't actually collect a payment in the office and prefer to process the patient's payment on the VisionHQ portal, please email our support team to resolve the issue.
Navigate to your patient's account from your Members tab on VisionHQ. Look for the blue link "Email us" and click it. From there you'll be able to email our support team letting them know the error was made.
Meanwhile, take down the payment information your patient would like to keep on file for membership plan charges. You'll want to add this payment info to their VisionHQ account so that VisionHQ can securely save and store that payment info for future transactions. Our support team will be in touch with more info!
