What if my patient doesn't have an email address?
Hard to believe in the 21st century, but we see it every day.
The system requires an email address for every member account. The system does not require a valid email address, but a valid one will be needed if the member wishes to have access to their member portal.
For those who don't provide a valid email address, we recommend using some sort of "standard" to create a fake email address like noemail@firstName-lastName.com. This will allow you to search for “noemail” in your search bar to return a list of members without email addresses.
These members will not receive any correspondence about their membership plan, including payment reminders or payment issues. It is recommended that these members only be enrolled on annual plans to avoid any issues.
