How To: Update or add a payment method

Whether a member wants to add a credit card for the first time, or they're updating an existing payment method, it's an easy task to complete:

  1. Navigate to the Members tab
  2. Select the member in question from the list
  3. Under the Payment Info section either:
    • Click, or
    • Select "View Account Owner: First Last" and then click
  4. Select "Add payment method.

Once added, all future payments will be collected through the card-information on file, and the member will be set to auto-renew.

The member can also do this on their own by logging into their member portal and clicking "Update Payment Method".
