Add a member to an account

You can add a family member to any account in any status as long as a valid payment method is attached to the account. Click the account in the member list to expand the account details, and click the "Add Family Member" button.

It's worth noting that each account can have only one active method of payment, so all membership payments on an account will be processed on the same card or bank account. If you extend family discounts on your membership plans, all family members will need to pay with one payment method to take advantage of the discounts.
