Resolving a Member account
If a member is unable to make the regularly-scheduled monthly payments on their membership, their account may go delinquent. This means the member has an outstanding balance on their membership plan, and we have been unable to collect through the payment method on file. In your member list, you will see a "Resolve Account" link:
Clicking the "RESOLVE" button in the member's detail functions the same way:
An account is "resolved" once action has been taken to address a member's outstanding balance. Your choices are to collect the full amount owed, a partial amount owed, or none of the amount owed. Select the appropriate option, fill in any required fields, and click the CONFIRM button.
