What does it mean when a member's status is "Delinquent"?

When a member payment fails all of the automatic retries while in "Late" status, their account becomes Delinquent. Both you and the member are notified by email when the account becomes Delinquent, and you are responsible for collections at this point.

Once an account becomes Delinquent, the member's subscription is automatically canceled, and they must re-enroll in your plan to be in Active status again. Simply paying the balance due will not bring the account back to good standing.
