Member Statuses

Member Statuses

In your Member List, the badges next to each member's name denote their current status. The color and the text tell you the full story:

 - Green means this member currently has an active membership. The text may read “ACTIVE” or “PAID IN OFFICE”.

 - Red means this member currently has an inactive membership, however at some point in the past, held an active membership. The text may read “CANCELED”, “DISPUTED”, or “DELINQUENT”.

"CANCELED" - Member requested cancellation.
"DELINQUENT" - Membership terminated due to non-payment.
"DISPUTED" - Member canceled as a result of disputing a transaction with their bank.

 - Grey means this member has never had an active membership. Generally, this member is financially responsible for another member. You will most often see “INACTIVE” in the box.

 - Yellow means this member requires your attention. Most of the time, you will see “LATE” in this box.

    • Edit a member's name

      Need to correct a typo on a member's name? Click the Edit button under the Member Info section. If the member is the account owner, you can also change the phone number and email address for the account.
